Re-marketing Meeting with you either face-to-face or over the phone, we will discuss your needs for equipment disposition. Electronic Technology Corporation representative will then compile information about your equipment with respect to features, options, condition, age and operating hours. Fair Market Value will be established for the equipment based on that information, current market conditions and our experience in the industry. An asset recovery time frame will be decided upon which will help us determine a range of pricing. Equipment will then be moved to a controlled facility and Electronic Technology Corporation will begin the marketing process. On-Site Liquidation Electronic Technology Corporation representative will visit your facility to take pictures and examine your equipment. We will then compile information on the product marketing materials and determine our sales strategy. Fair Market Value will be dependent on equipment features, options, age and operating hours. The target price range of the equipment will be determined along with your disposition time frame requirements. Single Point Buyer Electronic Technology Corporation representative will arrange for a single point buyer to visit the equipment location and negotiate the best available deal. The single point buyer will issue Electronic Technology Corporation a PO # with funding to be completed with in an agreed to time frame and Electronic Technology Corporation will present you with a cashiers check on the negotiated dollar figure. If you wish to do the negotiating with the possible single point buyer, that the Electronic Technology Corporation representative is responsible for giving you the single point buyer, a commission, of 10% or agreed to %, will be paid to Electronic Technology Corporation on that agreed amount with you and the single point buyer and the you will pay this commission. |
