He is responsible for 28 years of program management for the Company. Previous experience includes ten years in production management, manufacturing and industrial engineering, and marketing in the electronic materials manufacturing industry. Terry has a unique multi-discipline background which enables him to address the issues underlying electronic packaging from a system's point-of-view dealing with the synergistic interdependence of material behavior, processing aspects, and functional and environmental requirements. He utilizes interdisciplinary concurrent engineering to an effective, efficient design process in all areas of manufacturing specializing in electronics assembly. Over the years, ETC has observed customers' ever-changing needs as they attempt to seek out suppliers who can provide them with the most up-to-date and efficient technologies to aid them in meeting their production requirements. To that end, our goal is to provide our customers with production equipment, materials and supplies from leading manufacturers worldwide who are on the cutting edge of research and technology, developing the next generation equipment and materials required to meet user’s needs in a constantly changing, highly competitive, technological environment.
